I was told typically 2 hours for one drink to not be passed through milk but I haven't actually drank or anything cuz I'm too paranoid and wouldn't enjoy it haha

I’ve had a glass on New Years and another during a celebration dinner. I’m not making recommendations for you, but for myself 🤷🏽♀️ no issues with the wine or nursing my LO.
The longer you wait to BF, the less alcohol content. Google it or look it up on American Academy of Pediatrics. Knowledge is power 💕🧠

U have to wait 4 hours before u can breastfeed the baby again after drinking the wine I heard but idk I would not wanna drink any wine while breastfeeding but I think everyone might have a different opinion on it
A dr told me as long as you can drive you can breastfeed.
