@mommakayla18, he has the worst allergy he could have to wheat and all gluten! :( and they say it’s looking like it could be a true allergy based on his blood work. I’m just glad he has that epi makes me feel a lot better Incase we need it! His dad and I keep Benadryl on hand too just Incase cause we have both experience this in less than two months of each other 😶

Oh wow! Well I hope that’s maybe just a a little chance he will maybe grow out of it! I stress out with my sons allergy it’s so hard but being the worst allergen your definitely on your toes. But don’t be hard on yourself! Things do happen and we all make mistakes it’s a learning process for all of us moms with kids with allergies. I’m glad he’s just okay and that you carry epi pin

I hope he grows out of it! But who knows. And I try not to be. Just feel bad to be the one not on my toes :/ and they did both. We found out cause he had an allergic reaction so they tested him for the works and blood test showed unfortunately wheat was the culprit.

So his level must of been a 6. On the blood work they go from a .10 to a 6 the .10 is the lowest and a 6 being epi pin highest level. My son was a .48 for egg at 11 months but by 20months he outgrew his egg allergy. Milk was a 2.33 and still is.

I don’t remember the exact number but I think it’s pretty close to a 5 and his doctor had said he had the worst level? So I figured it was. He had some low ish numbers for milk too. Which he has an intolerance for dairy he suffers with horrible constipation. I have the paper somewhere.
