When I left my daughters dad I wanted child maintenance but then I decided it was probably easier to go without. He doesn't see her anyway x

I tried that lol but if he doesn’t do it then they’ll change it to collect and pay and the change only takes 14 days xx

My ex still doesn't think he needs to pay anything. His girlfriend told me " we have them 8 hours on a Sunday and don't ask you for any money so we don't need to pay anything " 🤦

yep, the courts have told her, I've told her, my partners tried to talk to her even my ex's parents have. She seems to think she should have a say in everything. Whole other story though 😂😂 x
