A week and depends how bad it is because cramping is normal in pregnancy but also is a sign something might be wrong

I was thinking that since we are ttc I took a easy@home one this morning there kinda looked like maybe the start of something if I turned it a certain way but I think I will test again on Friday. This cramping has been going on and off for so long last cycle it was only a few days and this cycle it’s all the time and left pelvic pain all the time before AF and after I was looking at a MRI I had in June for something unrelated and they said there was a couple cysts but when I had another MRI in October they didn’t comment anything about them still being there so after reading that today it made me start to think maybe there’s something wrong and having something todo with not conceiving yet.
