aw no🙈 it's OK, a bit of alcohol doesn't hurt, as long as you're OK to hold him then you're OK to feed him 😘

A little drink now and then is fine 😊 I breast feed too. Its best to have your drink straight after a feed but my little one is almost constantly feeding so it doesn't work for me 😂 like @theodoresmammy said, as long as you're not drunk you're okay x

I'm still breastfeeding at 16 months. I honestly don't think I'd have made it this far without the odd glass of red 😂 a breastfeeding advisor told me to sit down, relax and have a glass of wine when Theo was like 3 weeks old 🙈
I read somewhere that the level of alcohol in your milk is the same as in your blood:) you'll know when you're not safe to feed. One drink would be fine :) x
