3 month old bleeding monthly

So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. My baby is almost two weeks old. She’s drinking 2oz of formula and she finishes the bottles. But her grandma over feed her and sometimes gives her two bottle of formula. Usually how much can she drink since she’s still two little..?

Changing tables with the dressers are so expensive. I think it's better I get a cute little dresser to put her stuff in and maybe the plastic bins with the draws attached. Her closet has plenty room. So I'm not spending so much on a changing table😐

My niece just ate about two hours ago and she isn't hungry yet I changed her diaper and held her and played with her for a while. She's a little fussy, is it okay if I give her s little water in a bottle? She's almost 3 months old.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
