I wish they had rockers/cradles for older babies, I hate the idea of a stationary crib. I swear he outgrew his swing at like 6 months. My little man still likes to be rocked to sleep but there's nothing he can fall asleep in that moves. :/

If you don't have money to get anything .. utilize what you have. When my toddler was a baby .. we would rock the stroller back n forth in the house .. then roll into her room once asleep. It takes time for them to learn the transition so you gotta keep with it.

He's old enough now to start self soothing. Put him in his crib, lay him down, give him a stuffie, and a soother, turn on his night light and a sound machine and walk away. He may cry for a few minutes but he will cry to sleep. The next night do the same thing and keep the routine. Eventually he won't even cry.
