Hi! I’m 25 years old and we are starting to try for a baby! My husband and I have been together for 6 years, married 2 and we brought our first house last year! I am super excited and our families have been begging for a baby since we got together. I currently work at a childcare center so I am pretty familiar with babies but not pregnancy. Love to hear your advice and wisdom! #myfirstpost

Prenatal vitamins. Sex once every other day. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Take a healthy couple up to a year and after a year you see a doctor.

If you don’t already do so, track your cycles. There’s many apps for it, Clue is my favorite, but iPhones and FitBits have the capabilities within their health programs as well.
Doing so will help you get a better sense of timing. Also will help down the road if you have trouble. Your doctor will want you to track things, so might as well start now just in case.

i recommend using opks (ovulation predictor kit) to help you figure out when to have sex. they’re cheap on amazon. you can also get a thermometer to measure your basal body temp for ttc. don’t make sex a chore, or you’ll both be frustrated. i’m not 100% certain it helps you conceive, but you can also try taking folic acid supplements too.
