@mhm, i believe happiness is absolutely a real thing. Everyday or every moment isn’t gonna be a happy one life will never be perfect. But I think if you’re happy content with who you are as an individual and the way you’re living your life overall and you can honestly say the good outweighes the bad then that’s happiness in my opinion
