Someone please tell me I’m being paranoid bc I have an iud and I didn’t get my period this month and I just threw up 😭 I just got it three months ago so I know my period can be off and I did drink a few glasses of wine last night I’m just so paranoid😩 I think I might have to take a test to ease my mind

I have an IUD but I take tests all of the time just to be safe. Nausea was one of the worst side effects I had for the first 6 months of my IUD so I always thought I was pregnant. Also, I haven’t had a period in about a year now because of it. Definitely take a test to be safe.

I was bleeding a lot when I first got it but now it’s been three months so maybe my body is just used to it and I’m not gonna be bleeding as much. Did you bleed more in the first couple months and then did your period get lighter and eventually stop?

yeah I did bleed a lot for a while. And got bad headaches and nausea. Then I had my last period which was super light and lasted 3 days. Then is just stopped and never came back.

Take a test. This happened to me two years ago on Father’s Day . I was really sick throwing up and all. Took a test and it was positive. Apparently my IUD fell out without me noticing and now my baby girl will be a year old on Wednesday 😁. Test to make sure everything is okay.

That’s what I’m afraid of!! I’m such a paranoid person I just checked my strings and they are there but I’m still worried so I think I’m going to go get a test

take a test hopefully it’s negative and then you don’t have to worry
