@tyneziah, ahh. Being that you’re under 12 weeks, that limits you to what you can have. Vick’s chest rub & Tylenol are really the only things you can have just yet. A Neti pot will also give you some relief.
I would look it up. It’s like a water & saline solution you put in the pot and it clears out your nose. It looks weird as hell, but it’s super helpful. And cheap at Walmart in the pharmacy section.
Tums - even though they are mainly for heartburn- maybe help with nausea.
