Tmi.. but any of you mamas have sad boobs since kids? I'm trying to bra shop... and since having just ONE they're at my knees basically! No one said I'd be saggy and have less going on after baby. No more kids for me, my bra and the mess its trying to contain will be on the damn floor mopping if I have another. Fml! 🤣

Yes mines are saggy..im only 25 and have small boobs and they look like im old but its from me letting my son pull on them for comfort, going bra-less For the year i stayed at home and breastfeeding whenever he wanted on top of mainly expressing milk when pumping. No im not happy about it but im totally going to try some workouts to help..i seen some videos where it may help. Dont feel to bad mamma.

My boobs and areola and nipples completely changed after having kids. I miss my old boobies 😭😂

I am in the same boat as @ rndmshtt. Except mine look like deflated hot air balloons. I even bf my babies.

Omg I can definitely relate! I have a really hard time bra shopping, my boobs are small but sort of saggy and no bra helps. I just stuck with sports bras honestly
