I’ve been having this throbbing pain in my left side by ovaries it’s been going on for about 4 days now off and on with cramping . Sometimes the pain is just a throb but sometimes like right now it’s really hurting bad . Thought it was ovulation since I’m due for a period next week I believe but I don’t remember pains like this . The last time I felt something like this I had a cyst on my ovary so I’m hoping it’s not that .

I remember your post, and that I suggested it was ovulation pain, I think you should schedule something with your OBGYN so they can rule out a cyst...4 days is a long time... Maybe you could leave a message at their office and have a nurse give you some advice over the phone?

Try a warm compress, you can moisten (wring out the excess water) a small hand towel and stick it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and then put it in a ziplock bag...I hope you feel better soon
