I got back in the car after dropping the girls off at grammy and poppy's house last night for a sleepover and turned to thad saying "this is why we live in NY." There's a lot of things about NY I don't love (by February it's the cold and slush) but our family and friends here bring so much joy to our lives and our girls get to grow up with grandparents and cousins -something I never experienced as a kid. We are blessed and we love it! So this is your daily reminder to be grateful for the people around you despite the rest of your circumstances! People are MOST important!
