Henry’s asleep by 7pm every night. My daughter goes to sleep at 10:30-11pm. But both are awake by 6-6:30am every morning

Here my 3yr old sleeps in, she’s still asleep right now but I seem to always wake up early no matter what 🤦🏻♀️

Both mine are up by 6-6:30 every morning :/ my son will stay in his bed until I get into his room but he just cries and cries until I come in there

My kiddo typically wakes up between 8-10am but also typically goes to bed between 10-12 (last night it was 1.. 😩). I miss the days he would go to bed at 7-8 and wake up at 6. 😂
