Noahs been up every hour again 😫

He didn't nap so went to bed at 7 and he's either got earache again or it's a back tooth coming through he keeps holding over his ear so that's my first thought but he's been on antibiotics so definetly no ear infection.

Anyone with experience with the back teeth coming through around this age, what's the signs? He won't tell me what's wrong yet so I'm just going off him holding over his ear.
