Ok, so trying to think of big stuff that we'll need for Kamdyn within the first 3 months. He's due in May/June. So think warm.
We have:
Swing
Crib
Crib mattress
Pack n play
Stroller
Car seat
Extra base
Breast pump
Bath tub
Baby monitor
Soaps
Some clothes
Am I missing any of the big expensive stuff? Not too concerned with the little stuff. Been grabbing that here and there.

You can get free breast pump if you have Medicaid in case you didn't know I had four kids and my last kid didn't know breast pump is free lol

Nursing or Boppy pillow, comfy chair for feeding baby in, tummy time mat. Sun or winter car seat protection (depending on the weather where you are). Sit me up seat, Jumperoo is good from 4m to.sbout 7months.
Baby carrier (depending on the type of baby you have). Like a wearable baby carrier. Mine got a ton of use in the beginning when they prefer to be on you 24/7.
Kids grow super fast in the first 6 months (nb-9m clothing depending on the baby but that's the average range),

Not really “big” as it cost me like $60 , but my baby was born in summer last year and we are out doors people - I bought a baby dome to protect her from the sun.
It’s a small round portable playpen with a cover that keeps out sun / bugs
If you like being outdoors I suggest it !
