Any pierced mamas out there - i have a question for you!
My nose has recently started getting super dry on the side with my piercing.. have any of you experienced this? And if so - did you fix it? And how?

I usually put Vaseline where it was dry at had it since 12/13/14

Omg mine does the same thing and I hate it! Makes it not cute with all the flaky skin around it 😫 I’m going to try putting Vaseline on dry spots like @mommawildflower suggested ✌️

I’ve tried that - @mommawildflower, and t just still is flaky. I’ve tried face moisturizer, Vaseline, lotions, everything 😭

that means your skin is super sensitive have you tried aquaphor?

Has it been pierced long enough to heal? If it's healed I second the vaseline. If it's not healed then I wouldn't recommend putting anything that could trap bacteria.

Oh yeah it’s been years! It happened once i got pregnant with my second kiddo.. and i thought it was my hormones reacting to the metal since i was pregnant... but now it’s still doing it 2 years later 😭

The worst. Mine used to do it. Every once in a while it still does. I like vaseline or even neosporin to clear it up. 😊

I’ve even tried hypoallergenic piercings. Ya know? And well so they SAY they’re “hypoallergenic” but still 😭
