Take it easy. Definitely try not be on your feet for so long.

I have an incompetent cervix, always on highrisk for preterm labor.

Last pregnancy, i went down to 1cm by 16 weeks. I was able to carry her till 38 weeks. I was on strict bedrest, weekly, progesterone shot, &’ i also had an emergent cerclage which they took out at 36 weeks. Once they took out the stitch i dialated to 3cm. Lol!

Right now, i have about 1.7cm left and have another cerclage in. Thankfully i am not on bedrest and my stitch is holding up well.

Yea thats what they told me i might go into labor earlier im scared

I went into preterm labor at 26 weeks, was 2.5 cm dilated. But body stopped on its own. You’ll be ok! Fingers crossed!

I’m 3 cm and my baby is head down too. My doctor never said anything about him coming early. Just take it easy😊

Because im already 2cm in my baby head down
