It took me over a year to realize I have ppd and now I’m coming to the end of another pregnancy and it terrifies me. 😕

I think that once you have a baby and that baby gets 110% of our attention, it’s way to easy to just shrug off our own feelings and needs. Because we aren’t #1 anymore. 🙈 I’m right there with you. I’m sorry, I’m here if you need a venting ear. Like the post said,talking helps. ❤️
