My son just got diagnosed with the flu & they want to give him tamiflu is it worth taking or is it more dangerous then helpful? Any advice is appreciated thank u

I personally would not take Tamiflu let alone give it to my kids. Extra Elderberry support, lots of fluids and cuddles.
@wolfemama18 a lot of local mamas here make it and sell it, but you can get it in pharmacies, Walmart, on Amazon. Thankfully people see how amazing it is and its widely available
@laniejay Thank you so much! I've never used it for my little guy but I wouldn't mind having it just in case he does get sick. I've seen other mamas talking about it too!
My son ended up being allergic to tamiflu, and had a worse time with that allergic reaction than he did with the flu honestly
The flu is horrible. Tamiflu is there to ease the symptoms and shorten the duration. Seems like a no brainer to me.
