I took the NIPT chromosome test around 11weeks and they gave me an option for the DNA test during the time. some insurances cover it some dont! I paid 350$ for the whole chromosome and DNA ( they said my insurance would cover it, then it turns out after they did the test they informed me that Molina health care was out of range for there company)
My doctor office has a deal with the manufacturer of the Verify chromosomal test. As long as you have insurance it should be covered but if not it will cost no more than $99 out of pocket. Again that is my doctor’s office, I have heard of others that do this too.
@alyssa5792, no you don’t need gloves, you wash your hands with soap and air dry. The most important thing about this is to not touch anything except the kit, it’s very easy. I suggest you watch YouTube videos.
Trim nails. I know someone who disinfected everything and no males around, but they had their nails long and there were male dna under and the results came back false boy.

Unless I find somewhere close that does early 4d ultrasounds for a reasonable price...I think I’ll just wait for my anatomy scan. Thanks everyone!

Yes told me girl at 12 weeks definitely a girl. Just make sure to follow directions closely

I will be absolutely crushed if I get a false boy result. That’s one main reason I’m considering not doing it. Lolol
