How soon after unprotected sex can you take a test and it come back positive?

Previous pregnancies I didn’t test till missed period but on valentines my Husband stupidly decided he didn’t want to use protection (I was just getting off my period) and for the last two days I keep getting light headed and feeling nauseous and I need to make sure I’m not pregnant again, at least I hope.
