Okay so my Dr appointment went great today my baby girl is measuring 37 weeks and 2 days I lost a little weight since my last appointment but it's okay I am dialeted 1cm and thinned out he said hopefully she will make it to 38 weeks if not oh well she will be perfectly fine

@kimborocks ya I tried but I also carried small babies too. I just know with my second I probably wouldve had her sooner but I stayed on bed rest until my 37 weeks so then we know she wont be in NICU
@mommaof2kids well see my daughter is measuring 37 weeks and 2 days but I am only 36 weeks and 5 days so she is measuring 4 days over and my Drs have been keeping a close eye on me on everything so they kinda already expected me to go into labor early anyways
@kimborocks ya my doctor had a close on me cause my belly measured different than my actual week.
Yes she may need the extra time for her brain development but I am already almost 37 weeks as it is and alot of babies come early and are perfectly fine I have had 2 kids come early that are smart and healthy just like the 2 that waited full term
Its not really an oh well thing, Babies need those last few weeks for brain development.
If the baby comes on her own then there is nothing they will do to stop labor at this point. Of course full term is what we all aim for but don’t try to guilt her or worry her. There’s nothing she can do if baby decides its time.
Well I had both my babies at 37 weeks n 3 days they both didnt want to stay in n they were both healthy!!!
