We usually ride it out. The only thing we do is albuterol breathing treatments for the cough which helps tremendously

@doubleksmommy that would help and saline drops as well. And the nose frieda if your daughter cant blow her nose

oh I'm sorry but what also helps is kids vapor rub during a bath chest and back then again after warm bath and cough medicine
