Yes I do, but I can’t keep my normal routine right now. I get tired out and morning sickness makes it rough. Workout out helps alleviate the morning sickness
I'm only about 3weeks and I was trying to get back into running at least a mile or 2 a day , now that I'm pregnant idk if that's okay to still continue being that miscarriage is more known around this time
I have been. Just a lot less intense than before being pregnant. 30 minutes of cardio workouts in the morning and 10-15 minute run every night. Just be sure to really listen to your body and if you feel like you should stop and lay/sit down for a minute or 2 do that or like I had to stop doing squats because they would give me sharp pains in my stomach that I never experienced before. I didn’t workout for the 6 weeks out of fear of miscarriage
