So I did something really dumb, I picked at the dry skin on the bottom of my foot and now I feel like a big idiot because of it and I'm not sure how to take care of it without any bandages or anything to keep it clean and comfortable to walk on my foot. Help me out please girls. 😩🤕

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I would try not to put pressure on it it could crack and hurt even worse like all the ladys said keep it well moisturized and i would rap it up band aid not real thick. Or double the socks with moisturizer its probally going to be a while before it gets that new skin back cause its so thick and next time it bothers you i would just use a foot exfoliation scrub to it to make it smooth this way you dont have urge to pick ☺ Good Luck
