How normal is “baby blues” 😭 I just tear up for no complete reason, remind you this is only my first week home with my newborn.
Thank you everyone for the support it really means a lot ❤️❤️❤️ @phoebesmommy, @mama.kay, @mychemicalshaymance,
Of course 💕 many of these mommies have helped me through countless things
No problem 🖤 mental health is a very important subject for me. Never feel that what your going through isn't normal. Never be afraid to reach out either. The best thing you can do is ask for help.
Very normal! Body is going through a massive change. Try to be gentle w yourself and remember your entire body is shifting and so are your hormones. It’s ok to cry💕
Extremely normal. Just please make sure you speak to your doctor, loved ones, husband, or any of your support system that you feel close enough to. Don’t keep your emotions or feelings in. Make sure to do things for yourself, and make sure you relax a little everyday. Hot bath, glass of wine, a nice book.. whatever it may be. Baby blues can turn into PPD. So just take precautions with your heart and feelings ❤️ you got this mamas.
Really normal, I would cry every time my husband left the house because I missed him, I would cry if the dryer didn’t dry the clothes fast enough, I would cry if I thought my son didn’t love me, I would cry if I felt lonely, I would cry if my husband cuddled with me because I was happy to have his attention, I would cry if I felt like I wasn’t doing good enough as a mom.. 🤦🏻♀️ I hate baby blues because it turns me into this big clingy cry baby and I’m so not looking forward to going through it again.
