SAHMs Do you shower and dress before SO gets home? Put on a little makeup? Do you think it matters?

If i dont get time to do it in the morning then i am not doing it before he gets home. I dont think it matter really but that is just me and I know my husband like it better when i dont have makeup on he like me all natural.

Nope I don’t. I put make up on for myself when ever I feel like I’m in the mood. Because he thinks makeup is a green light so I don’t do it much. But I will get the Lingerie out and do that for him when ever lol

I shower early in the morning. I usually get up at 6:15-6:30ish and shower before getting the kids off to school. I’ll get dressed and put a little makeup on then

If I'm not going anywhere, he's lucky if I even have a bra on 😂😂😂

I shower at night and if hubby is at work, I'm usually in and out before he gets home. I only do my makeup IF I plan on going out anywhere.

I change into clothes that aren't PJs when I wake up. Even if it's yoga pants or leggings just so I don't feel like I want to be lazy all day. If I'm feeling really bad I will put on makeup just because it makes me feel better. But I do this for me lol, not anyone else.

I can’t start my day unless I get dressed, so I do that every morning. I don’t like wearing makeup very often, because I hate spending money on it 😂

I only put on makeup when I feel like it. My husband and I think I'm cute with or without it😂

When I’m trying to get laid. Any other time he get sweatpants and a hot mess. He’s one lucky guy!

My husband and I both stay home. So he gets to see me in ALL of my morning Glory 😂😂😂

That's a big fat NOPE here 🤣 he's lucky if any of us are wearing pants. I keep the kids alive, the house clean, take care of all the errands, and have dinner ready. That's what he gets when he comes home.

No 🤦🏻‍♀️ mine gets home around 11ish pm every night he gets to see me in a different set of pjs😂

Nope. I only do my makeup if we're going somewhere fancy. That was true before I had kids, too, though. I'd wear a little bit if I had a big meeting at work, otherwise it was/is a date night or special event thing.

Ive been with my SO for almost 6 years and we have been through the hardest times together. It doesnt matter to either of us. I only get ready when we go somewhere

This post and thread is hilarious. Sometimes I’m in pjs all day. I only put makeup on every once in awhile, sometimes not even to church. I’ve been working on self care lately, getting dolled up, taking baths etc. My son is in pjs right after he’s up, I get him ready for the day, I feel like I don’t have time for me, but I should make time.
