My baby will be 11 months on the 24th. Can I use creams with menthol in them if I’m breastfeeding?
I’ve heard it’s bad for baby’s when they breastfeed and a pharmacist told me to wait at least 8hrs to breastfeed him when I used icy hot, he was like 6-7 month at the time tho. Can I use menthol lotions now? Or should I still wait?
