My child is such a nightmare to put to bed. I've been trying the same routine for like a month and it's still a disaster. And I would really like her to stop coming into bed with us half way thru the night with us before the baby comes. So hopefully by spring time we can get rooms cleaned out and switched around so shes in her own room with her own space.

Be consistent. Just keep putting her back in her bed, even in the middle of the night. Get a night light and sound machine or music if needed to make her feel comfortable in there.

My son has his bed in his own room, however some nights are better than others, some nights he sleeps the night, others he sleep talks, and then others he'll sit up and cry for me. I come and comfort him. However I'm so big and tired now, that some nights I either just put him to bed in our bed or will let him sleep the rest of the morning in my bed. I just want him to get used to sleeping in his bed so he can actually sleep when baby is here. Majority of time he throws tantrums before bed, even though we have a routine too. So I have to sit and talk it out with him and he'll go to bed. But it's hard
