Yes you have time! I didn’t even know mine was in that position until 2 days before I was induced. Do those exercises religiously. The knee to chest one is actually super comfortable. I did it on the couch and fell asleep in the position lol. It takes the pressure off of your pelvis
But keep in mind babies can be stubborn. They usually do what they want. I felt like a failure and beat myself up over not being able to push her out but it wasn’t my fault. Sometimes things just happen that way. Don’t be hard on yourself. I know this isn’t your first but it was mine. I wish someone would have told me that before I went through the experience
