Just received a phone call from Babyline to answer some questions about my pregnancy &' based on my answers, I'm pretty much in preterm labor!😲😰 I've been told that I'm also in preterm labor due to a post on Facebook. Now I have to wait until Friday to see OB. &' get confirmed. I hope everything is okay for now. 🤞
I don't want to go , especially with no pain. I'm usually in pain in the morning &' at night. Sometimes throughout the afternoon. But today I haven't had no symptoms. Just nauseous. But I will call my OB &' see if I can go in tomorrow morning
if you think you're in preterm labor there or steps that's need to be taken to make sure your baby is ok IF it is born early. There's also a test that will tell you if you're at risk for going in preterm labor which is way more accurate than the steps you took. I had my daughter at 28 weeks and was having contractions and didn't even know it.
It's not that I think. It's just what I've been told. But hasn't been verified yet.
If you think you're in preterm you NEED to be seen. This is not something to sit on your ass about.
Your baby's life could be in danger.
If you’re in preterm labor you cannot wait until Friday. It’s not about if you’re in pain or not, it’s about stress on the babe.
Go into L&D or Urgent Care and get checked. Make sure the baby is okay.
okay then go get checked out if you think it's preterm labor. Don't wait and risk your baby's life.
As an L&D nurse this list is also normal for day to day pregnancy complaints.
If you truly thought you were in labour with a micro-premie a help line would advise you to seek emergency medical attention.
I don't think I'm in preterm. Just based on my answers that I gave. That's what I'm being told .

Preterm labor at 27 weeks could be life or death situation for your child. Don’t sit there and just hope everything will be ok. Go to the ER like now.
I would go in to be seen. Sometimes they can stop it. Otherwise you could go into labor, and they won’t be able to stop it. You need to get steroid shots for the lungs to help them mature. Friday is a long time to wait for something very serious.

I’m a labour and delivery nurse and I’m boggled as to why your not taking this seriously, but then again the list you posted does not indicate your in labour. I hope all is well and you get checked out but it doesn’t seem like your concerned at all. I’m also a mother who’s had a premie and I’d have done anything in my power to prevent it.
Go in. Sure you may not be in pain, but if you are in preterm labor you are risking the life OF YOUR CHILD.

I called the hospital. &' was told to call my OB. They said if anything changes to go in. But for now that they are not concerned at all. They did say that if I do have any other sign that concerns me to call an ambulance &' they will check me before going in. But until now just to wait until I get a call back from my OB.
I don't think I'm in labor based on my answers. But if I do notice something outrageous then yes of course I'll go in. I'm babysitting 3 kids right now &' I cannot leave them in the house alone. Their parents won't be here until tomorrow morning. So I got no damn choice but to wait.
You might not agree with my results right now. But like the nurse said, you can't be going in just based on your results. I'm not even sure he was a doctor to start off with.
perhaps go to the ER as early as you are preterm labor can be very serious on baby the sooner you get the there the sooner they will be able to act
