Anyone familiar with the Ergo baby carriers?? I’m going to get a brand new ergo carrier for baby S but need to know if I need to purchase the infant insert to use from birth. I have a picture of it if anyone is familiar with them.

I never purchased the insert. I used the rolled recieving blanket trick.

Isn't there a Tula now that doesn't require an infant insert? I can't remember. I use a Moby until 4 months old.

Yes Tula does have a new one out that doesn’t require an insert or bigger babies. I wish I could get the Tula! That was the one I was originally looking at.

there is a navy blue FTG listed on Amazon for $99 and some change. You can use the QuickThoughts app and earn $10 Amazon cards for doing surveys. If you did enough, you could possibly get the FTG for the same price as the Ergo you are looking at!

Around Christmas anbjnch of ergos were like $69 I was so mad. Mint green and other colors too. I got the cotton grey one from amazon for $100 though

That’s when I first tried her I just had to tighten the straps after that and I was able to get some thing done around the house just had her on the smallest Velcro which is I think the red

That looks perfect without the insert! That makes me so happy! There’s a lady in my area selling a brand new ergo for 35$ and I’m picking it up Wednesday. I was going to save up and get one but I got lucky! I’m excited

Yes and she was less than a month there around 7-8 pounds
