My SO and I have been together 7 years.. ever since we met he has talked about joining the military. Me being an ex-military wife, I was totally against it. Until recently... I realized how much it really means to him as a man to do his part for our country. And I don’t want to stand in the way of his dreams and have him regret it later in life. Soo... I have given him the green light to join the reserves or national guard. Because then it wouldn’t be full time active duty. 😬 I am still feeling a bit hesitant about it but seeing how happy it makes him I feel like it will be a blessing, I hope! Any mamas here have a SO in the reserves or guard?? Any advice or anything to share? Or message me and talk to me about this lol
