You’ll get a burst of energy. A lot of people use this to clean or nest more, but it should be reserved for labor! Both birthing classes I’ve taken they’ve said, “when you get that burst of energy, usually labor is only a day or two away!”.

Ohhh yes. At least it was for me. It came out in chunks over a few days. It was big globs of mucus, there’s no way I could confuse it with anything else. Lol

I had the opposite of a burst of energy. I basically hibernated for almost 24 hours before my labor started. I only woke up to eat and use the bathroom. Then at 6pm I started having contractions that kept me awake. Lol
