How many bottles of milk should a 7m/o be having? Alongside weaning? Is 3 bottles and 3 pouches…

Do you give milk before food? Why pouches? Try baby led weaning :) so much easier and healthier :)

Or if you want to give puree you can cook and blend your own food instead :)

Give milk as normal and offer food about an hour later :)

She should still be having milk and it be a main part in her diet until 12 months xx

All mine was on roughly 4 bottles a day including 3 meals babe x

My daughter wasn’t even eating at 7 months, she had no interest :) no until 9 months :) and even then very little... don’t think she ate 3 meals until past the age of 1 :) and even then still very little :)

She was breast fed, I just fed on demand xx

My boy was one January and he has 3 bottles a day one in the morning with his breakfast one with his lunch and one at bedtime he has water with his dinner and in between x x

Thanks ladies! We've not really had a routine with the milk and meals yet, it's been a bit sloppy really so me and my bf wanted to set a proper routine up but we wasn't sure how much was recommended. We'll take note of these comments and follow along these guidelines - 4 bottles, 3 meals xx
