I’m anxiously waiting for hubs to get home, we decided to adopt a dog! She’s older though, her name is Chloe and she’s a 9 year old lab Australian Shepard mix. The kids are going to be so excited! I am going insane waiting for them to get home lol. I was a bit leery on adopting an older dog but she’s been raised around kids and cats which is what we need and is potty trained etc so at least we won’t have to potty train or go threw chewing puppy stage lol. We wanted to give her a great rest of her life which will hopefully be a long one! Posting the pics they sent of her 🥰🥰🥰

@shastacarter, yes! The only one of the kids that know is my 12 year old and she insisted on riding along lol she was squealing when I told and showed her the pics lol! Ugh I can’t wait til they get home I wanna meet her lol! We’re now at a house with a fenced in yard so it will be perfect! Hopefully they cats don’t get too upset lol 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 they’re not gonna be happy with me for a bit lmao

aww haha! My 3 youngest are up my butt too like everywhere I go they are or have a fit lol, my cats are the same they’re constantly both on my lap or what little I have left with this belly lol! Really hoping the cats adjust to her okay! They’ve been around a dog before but it’s been a while so hopefully they don’t completely freak out lol

cats are strange when it comes to dogs for sure lol, my cat still doesn't care for our dog and we've had her almost a month now.

Hubs just called they’re officially on their way home! Ahh! Countdown to meet Chloe is about an hour! He said she’s adorable and fat lol! He says she’s got “cow feet” meaning her speckles lol. I’m so excited!!
