If you’re looking to buy a home, I recommend NACA. Wonderful program. I’m in it now 😊
Sounds way too good to be true, but it really works and it’s legit. I had to do a lot of my own research before i committed, but don’t google them cause big banks doesn’t like NACA so they try to scare people away lol. I spoke with a financial advisor and my old HS principal and they both agreed if you can do NACA, do it!
Sign up for a workshop! There was one today i believe but there’s definitely one next Saturday too. They’re from 9-1 (it didn’t last that long when I went last week). Here’s the link: ссылка
@dijahhh what do you mean by work shop sorry trying to know everything lol and so excited about to try it out now because I definitely need a house!
@mamiprincess77, that’s okay lol. So you go and they do a presentation on what NACA is and how it’s helped so many people get and keep their homes! They’re anti loan sharks and they’ve rallied against the biggest banks fighting for people. Many banks set you up with a mortgage that’s basically guaranteed to fail. So they go over the history and where they are now. Then they have testimonials. I personally know people that went through the program and they swear by it. It’s VERY tedious. They want your bank statements for the past year, taxes from past two years, etc. They have to know where all your money goes. There’s SO many benefits. No closing costs, no down payment, LOW interest rates, etc. They even have a program where you can buy down your interest rate.
Thank you💕
