The fur rug wasn’t as wide as I thought it was going to be, but it covered the stain in the carpet and now I love my newly made over closet. Hubby loves it and my MIL offered to pay me to do hers! Now to finish hanging stuff up once it’s a decent hour...

thank you! You know what, I didn’t realize it until after I signed the lease that those windows were the only two that didn’t open! I see my neighbors have ones that open and shut but they had those put in. I’m just glad there’s light and that’s why I have curtains!

Ohhh really? Maybe something to change in the future if it really bothers you. I just love how the window brightens the room. Makes the walls pop out even more. Def shows off your hard work painting it!

thank you! Painting that dark of purple was a bit more work to make sure it was a good even coverage. It took longer than I thought it would because of that.
My husband and I said if we do end up buying this place that we will definitely be putting in windows that open and shut. It’s actually one of the safer ways to escape a fire from the master upstairs. Plus you can get fresh air too, yes!

You are so welcome , I installed the light fixture myself, the paint was only $9. If you have a little DIY spirit it’s not that expensive and the pride you feel when you’re done is huge
