Last year for Ryan’s birthday I bought him a custom Xbox controller from the Microsoft design lab. Had his gamer tag on it, in his favorite color, the whole 9 yards. He loved it! The thing is it’s never been dropped, been kept in the box when it’s not in use, and he’s the only one to use it and it doesn’t work. He said he’s had issues with it since we got it. That seriously irks my soul. I paid like 75$ on this thing for it to be of less quality than the ones we got with the damn Xbox! Those ones have been dropped repeatedly and work better than that one!
