Hard to see but my son has really big red dots in his ear and have no clue of what it is. Anybody know??

@amberdaugherty, no I put lotion on him every dapper change and now there 3 more dots but on his arm so it speared slowly and it not bugging him.

Could it be irritated skin? I can’t see very well but if there is a possibility of it be dry or irritated skin you could put some baby oil or some Vaseline or Eczema lotion on it.
