That's soo good my daughter can count only in English. I'm teaching her in Spanish soon.. I have a question do you talk both English and Spanish at home?

I'm only asking because when I had my two youngest we lived with his family and they all spoke English and my husband talks way more English so that stuck. Now I have two kids that barely know Spanish and since I don't see my family that much they don't see them but then they do I get the eyerolls for them not fully understand

We speak both languages at home since he was little I’ve always tried to repeat words for him in both English and Spanish he’s picked up English a little faster I just think words aren’t as long and the accent isn’t as hard you get me but just keep trying teach them 2 words everyday that’s what I do. Being bilingual is such a gift

Yes I love speaking both English and Spanish. My oldest daughter is picking it up faster then my son.. She was born May 17. When was your baby boy born?

Yay! That's awesome! My kiddo has been learning both as well, but he seems to pick up the English numbers more easily. Colors he prefers to use Spanish though. Weird the things they prefer each language for.
