Any tips on potty training? My daughter has already been introduced so she knows about the potty and will occasionally pee in the potty. Lately she’s been showing more signs of readiness though. She’ll take her diaper off, she HATES to wear a dirty diaper so if she’s pooped or something and I don’t know about it she’ll come to me and either take it off or ask me to. Sometimes she’ll ask to go to the potty and she knows how to pull her pants and diaper/panties down and she’s almost figured out how to pull them completely back up with little help. I dread potty training but if she’s ready I’d like to at least give it a good try. Any advice/tips/suggestions or anything is sooooo appreciated

Do away with diapers completely.
My daughter started wanting to pee in the potty so I just went straight to panties. If she had an accident I would clean her up and tell her how she needed to pee in the potty. I would take her every so often and make her sit on the potty for a couple minutes. She eventually started going by herself.

Should I plan a day to officially start or just do it randomly? I thought about setting a specific day within the next week or two and explain to her every day that we’re gonna start using the big potty and throw the diapers away but idk if she’ll even understand what I’m talking about lol

@caseyann19, it was just randomly with Tinley but I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to have a routine.
