Do they break your water when you go in for a Csection. I go in on the 25 to have my C-Section. With my first baby my water broke by its self at home.

Oh ok so they must cut the sac open once they get to it

No. That is only done for a vaginal delivery / induction. When they cut into the sac it will automatically break and they will suction as they work.
