so i’ve heard that here in the u.s. , when you’re having twins it’s mostly likely they’ll do a c section because it’s easier for them? do u guys think so.
wat can i do to not have one. i’m really worried about this but if it has to b done then of course can’t complain because i want my babies here safe!
@sophiesmommy845, I’m due around May 10th but the doc says no way I’m making it to my due date so I will be having them anywhere from 34-37 weeks we are pushing for 37 weeks
@briannaelsy, oh my 😅 i’m due may 2nd & i don’t think i will make it to my due date either maybe before? i’m actually reaching for 37 or 38 as well 🤞💞 hopefully
I work at an OB office and surprisingly with multiple deliveries I tend to see more c-sections. It’s been rare when they’ve had a vaginal delivery with twins. The Dr in the office says it’s because Drs now a days are scared to deliver that way.
@sophiesmommy845, Complications can happen. I’ve had a friend delivered in the operating room just in case. Her first she delivered vaginally and the 2nd was an emergency c-section.
@mommytonicolas, yeahh well i had my daughter vaginally as well so hopefully i can make it happen with this pregnancy too
Typically, if the presenting baby is head down, you can deliver vaginally.
My OB told me as long as both babies are head down I can deliver natural but if one is breach it has to be csection because they wouldn’t want to put the baby who is breach at risk of complication during labor.
