I’ve seen and wonder why when it’s cold I know some babies get hot very easily but if it’s cold out should still have socks

Idk but my brother had his 10 month old out the other day in our 20 degree weather without socks and her feet were blue and omg I went off on him and his gf for being so ignorant

I was out with my kids and seen four newborn babies without socks on and it was driving me crazy. I kept wondering if it’s a new thing going on I didn’t know about

That’s ridiculous. Both my kids need socks and shoes to go out. Even if it’s just a short walk from the door to car I don’t risk it 🤷🏽♀️ and my daughter will normally start sweating in the car from the heater so I’ll take her socks off in the car but they get put back on if she’s getting down

@momtotwoo, the grandma put socks on the baby and said that’s how she got sick before

oh good! It’s sad if the baby’s getting sick because of that but at least the grandma has some sense

@momof5brats, if they are really that lazy they could just put some footsie pajamas on atleast the poor baby would be warm 😑

@michellemybell09, yes exactly.... I seen four babies without socks when I took my kids out. Made me think they all knew each other. I know you shouldn’t put a big bulky winter coat on them for safety reasons but what is going to happen if they wear socks..... their feet would be warm

exactly! And with it being cold like this it wouldn’t hurt to cover them with a blanket. I just don’t get the thought process
