There were moments i just wanted to give in and get the epidural it felt unbearable literally my most painful childbirth so far .. But I didn't and I really do feel so proud of myself not that getting a epidural is wrong for some people, but it really is mind over matter I went in telling myself I didn't need it , and so i never got it i just breathed through the contractions and of course had my husband to squueze his hand when I thought I couldnt do it nomore. 2 out of 3 of my babies have now been all natural and it's so empowering. If you doubt yourself just know you can do it too and the pain doesnt last forever ❤
