I feel a lot of pressure because my son is 3 and he still isn’t talking like other 3 years olds. Should I be considering putting him into like speech therapy. He’s not in daycare

He did in Jan. He says a couple of words but when he tries to tell me something I’m like😳😳😳😳 lol
Does your school district have a pre-kindergarten screening? In my state all districts do. It helps pinpoint any issues including speech delays. My friend’s son got flagged at his screening and now he’s in a speech class. If you’re concerned I’d definitely get it checked out. The sooner, the better.
When my oldest was two, he barely talked. He was in daycare and a speech therapist would come to help him. He's 6 now and you would never know he has any issues. I would look into it.
Did he just turn 3? My son didn’t start talking a lot until he was about 3 1/2 I was so worried about it but he caught on and started talking a lot more!
