Had a midwife appointment this morning, I am 33+5 weeks but baby is measuring at 31. Should I be concerned? They are sending me for a sizing ultrasound. I go for that tomorrow.

Yes it is based on the good old measuring tape. I'm going for an ultrasound this morning. Baby has been measuring big all along so hopefully it is just a positioning thing cause when he moves he definitely doesn't feel small!

I wouldnt worry. When i was 33 weeks i was measuring at 29 inches they sent me for an ultra sound and baby was growing fine her head was just low then when i went back to the obgyn i was 34 weeks measuring at 32 inches. ❤

If the measurement is based on “measuring tape on your belly” then nothing to be concerned about.

You could’ve always had wrong counted dates because unless they also know how many days your cycle is it can be miscalculated and a due date is always an estimate even some people are a few weeks past it. Honestly I wouldn’t be too worked up about it even my doctor and midwife said it can always be a bit wrong Especially if done in early stages sometimes that’s why they remeasure too. They’ll tell you if somethings wrong so just stay calm. (:
